GUN STORAGE SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS THE PROPER DIRECTION
All of our elected representatives are running around trying to find a solution to keep wack jobs from using guns to kill people in public places. As usual both democrats and republicans are acting like two groups of monkeys in different barrels trying to save their individual asses so they can keep the people they represent in their districts voting for them. Of coarse our elected representives are more concerned with themselves. Grabbing power and control for their group of elected officials means they as individuals gain more on the hierarcy level individually which translates into a positive image of themselves to the voters. In other words it's two groups of monkeys fighting for the highest spot in the tree and control over the bannas. The U.S. citizens are secondary and our monkeys only learn when U.S. citizens on both sides threaten to take away the bannas and cut the tree down.
On the issue of keeping guns from being used in mass killings the point should be, "Keeping Guns From Being Used In Mass Killings" and "NOT Taking Guns Away From Responsible Gun Owners". Putting armed guards at public facilities is a nice thought but a wacko gunman would kill the guard first then start killing the general public that's standing around. There is a black market already in existance through drug gangs and the criminal element so banning guns would be like what happened with the banning of alcohol, "It would grow the black market" and the wack jobs could get the guns they wanted for their mass killings easier as what happened with prohibition and alcohol. Banning just assault weapons would just flood the U.S. with black market AK47's and other foreign made assault weapons more than the U.S. is already flooded with these weapons in the black market through street gangs and the criminal element right now. The wack jobs would always be able to gain access to weapons to kill people. Banning just assault rifles wouldn't do it because our "BOOB" elected officials would have to ban all "Semi Automatic Weapons" including hand guns that were clip loaded or revolver type weapons.
The second amendment was put in place to guarantee the ownership of weapons by the general public so they could protect themselves from bodily harm by the criminal element and to put fear into any foreigners that had the notion ot invade the U.S. . Hey, illegal immigrants crossing the border with any kind of weapon can be viewed as an invasion by foreign nationals with the intention of doing harm to U.S. citizens by bringing in harmful drugs, weapons or other immigrants with criminal intentions. Flooding the country with non violent illegal aliens could also be viewed as a threat to aquire U.S. territory that will do harm to U.S. citizens. A corrupt or ineffective government allowing these possible threats to the health and safety of U.S. citizens is just another reason the second amendment was put into place. The second amendment was installed in the constitution for just the reasons I stated preivously. And at this time in history the health and safety of U.S. citizens are under a threat from a corrupt anti constitutional political party (democrats) that's protecting illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens just because when immigrants become naturalized they vote for the democratic party candidates who intend to overthrow the U.S government system and install a communist from of government. It isn't the massive gangs that have guns it's the government not doing enough to stomp out the growth of gangs consuming vast sections of U.S. cities and towns under the threat of being called "Racists" by the democratic party promoting "Race" to attract the so called minorities to cast their votes for democratic candidates. "This Democratic Strategy Works"! This democratic strategy has the republican elected officials bending over and dropping their draws ready to take away U.S. citizens second amendment rights and give amnesty to illegal aliens just to get a little more of vote from the 10% of the total U.S. population. The republicans may get a little more of the hispanic vote but them "BOOBS" are pissing off their base which translates into a huge block of people that just stay home vs the tiny little bit of hispanic vote the republcans will gain. The republicans lost the 2012 election because they pissed of their base chasing the hispanic vote by offering amnesty to children of illegal aliens and parading Marco Rubio around as the great savior. B.S! The republicans pissed off the libertarians too! The republicans are still pissing off their base while the democrats are satifiying their base. U.S. citizens that pocess guns will just stay home in 2016 because their own party is dumber than the democrats. The democrats have an intelligent plan to turn us into communists, the republicans are bending over with their pants down.
I've been running across information where holster manufacturers that supply pistol hosters to law inforcement are designing holsters that are more difficult for criminals to surprize law enforcement officers by grabbing their guns out of their holsters and using the police officers gun against him/her. This happens from time to time where the guns carried by police officers are snatched out of their holsters when the officer is trying to manage multiple situations. This is my own personal opinion as to how these mass killings could be stopped or minumized without stepping on peoples constitutional rights to own and bear arms. One of the issues with gun owners is keeping the guns locked and loaded so they can handle a threat to their lives and property quickly because a criminal already has his/her weapon at the ready and there's absolutely no time to be messing with gun locks and loading the weapon. Having to deal with gun locks and loading could mean you are at the mercy of the criminal or dead.
Creating better gun storage safety equipment that can be used by gun owners to keep mentally unstable persons or the criminal element from using the guns to attack and kill people would be the way to go. It appears the Sandy shootings were due to an unstable adult with easy access to the parents weapons. There's already developement of electronic user identity guns that I support fully. I would support holsters that would house a loaded weapon that could be easily unlatched by an adult with special features built in but not by children and unstable persons. These new holsters on the market now have special thumb releases on the snap catch that can only be unsnapped in a certain direction quickly. The holster is also built so the gun can only be drawn out in a certain direction quickly making it difficult for criminals to snatch the gun with a side, back or front pull. More improvements can be made to gun storage equipment so gun owners can withdrawn the weapon quickly and other adults couldn't. These gun control safety storage improvements is the way to go and both political parties should go this way and quit crapping on U.S. citizens constitutional rights to protect themselves. I'm sure I can come up with other gun storage safety functions already out in the marketplace or dreamed up by responsible gun owners and myself.
Also more laws controlling the sale and ownership of guns to persons with known histories of crimimal activities and no mental stablility would be a plus as most criminals are unstable anyway. There are laws on the books controlling gun ownership by felons but they own guns anyway especially in ghetto areas that have alot of gangs. The constitution allows gun ownership by U.S. citizens and gun ownership to felons and people with no mental stability would have to be looked at by responsible gun owners so their second amendment rights are "NOT" stomped on by corrupt elected officials that can't make decisions on behalf of citizens and shouldn't be in office. The warped anticonstitutional democrats shouldn't have a say as long as they want to take away guns from U.S. citizens over making improvements on and developing new gun safety storage equipment or user ID electonics actually on the guns.

Some kind of material would have to be developed and put into the leather or high impact plastic holsters to destroy saw blades and especially "Grinding Blades". Tracking devices could be installed in the holsters with the code known only by the gun owner and given to law enforcement if the gun is taken or stolen so law enforcement could track that holster as the criminal tries to grind the holster open (breaking his/her grinding blades from the destructive material in the holster) to get the gun out. Development is the key to gun safety storage equipment and laws making the storage equipment mandatory to use. No more loose guns out of the storage equipment unless the gun owner is using the gun, cleaning the gun or repairing the gun. Easy and quick gun removal by the gun owner in times where seconds mean life or death would have to be developed also.
