Immigration Opinion

There's no true way to answer the immigration question without pissing off lots of U.S. citizen hispanics that have helped their illegal immigrant family members to enter the U.S. illegally.

But with the massive amounts of illegals in the U.S. overshadowing the resources available to handle the massive amounts of people coming across the border and pushing U.S. citizens into a "Line" with the illegal immigrants this issue has to be addressed and corrected.

Of course the U.S. citizen hispanics and democrats that use hispanics to build their dominance are fighting to keep what they have gained by unethical and "Illegal Means". Yes, congress and the president not enforcing the immigration laws is in fact, "letting the laws be broken for personal and professional gain".

Here's some answers to the illegal immigration questions:

1. Look at India and the billion people it has to support. Most in live in poverty and will never get out of poverty due to the population overshawdowing jobs. India has thousands of phone information jobs outsourced to them from the U.S. India will never be able to handle a population that gets any bigger.

2. Look at China and the billion people there. China is only able to support the population at this time due to the massive amounts of manufacturing jobs being sent their from other nations. But soon as other nations economys struggle the manufacturing jobs will have to be brought back plunging Chinas billion people population back into poverty. China already has a 1 baby per family law. China has to fly on its own or die under the massive weight of such a large population that it can't support.

3. The president of the United States and congress are suppose to be setting a positive example by enforcing all written laws and not using their authority in gathered groups to let laws be broken due to their political outlook.

4. Immigration laws and immigration levels were set to keep the U.S. prosperous and open to people from foreign lands that wanted to become loyal U.S. citizens and "Not" to feed labor concerns. Labor concerns are always at the front because greedy U.S. employers fund politicians that keep the flow of cheap foreign labor coming in. Illegal immigrant labor is easier to control by employers than them pesky U.S. citizen workers that want to make a living wage. Business people have come to see illegal aliens as a profit source and they put profits over the well being of U.S. citizens. During the "Heyday" of illegal immigration in the Bill Clinton years business people were stuffing their pockets full of cash and encouraged massive numbers of illegals to enter the U.S. so they could keep filling their pockets with profits. Now in order for this democratic super economy to keep going the borders must be kept open for illegals to cross and U.S. citizens must step aside and give up their comfortable life style so more illegal immigrants can flock over the border. The democrats also found out when these illegal immigrants gain citizenship they vote democratic and the democrats would love nothing better than to destroy the republican party. Illegal immigrants also convice their legal U.S. citizen counterparts of the same race to vote democratic because the democrats are making it easy for illegal immigrants to stay in the U.S. if the democrats get all the hispanic vote. Kinda like "BLACKMAIL".

5. Labor concerns must be met by U.S. citizens first and immigration levels set to leave a small demand for labor creating an atmosphere to move wages up naturally.

6. The U.S. welcomes all immigrants but immigrants must come legally and stay legal. Immigrants on work visas must provide a means to pay for their health care, be employed and stay employed for the duration of their visa, exit the U.S. before their visa expires.

7. Set up small border patrol offices at immigrant ports of entry where U.S. employers can file requests for foreign visa workers and list the job openings that can't be filled by U.S. citizens. Foreign workers can apply for the listed jobs before entering the U.S. on a work visa and will have to go straight to that job and stay at that job until the visa expires. U.S. employers will be restricted as to how many foreign visa workers they can have to ensure they are in a constant search for U.S. citizen workers. Employers will also have to assist in finding housing for these foreign workers.

8. Foreigners that want to "Truely" become U.S. citizens must prove it! In this day and age it's not good enough just to state your intention then be given all benefits of U.S. citizenship because this is what you stated and you think you deserve the benefits because you put your foot on U.S. soil.
It's of public opinion that the democrats are telling bold faced lies without fear of punishment so why can't immigrants lie too without fear of punishment.

9. Due to common knowledge and proven knowledge that foreigners are coming into the U.S. and having babies just to anchor themselves in the U.S. and go around U.S. immigration laws "All" foreign women workers on work visas must walk in front of a border patrol official at time of entry and every 4 months after entry to submit to a visual inspection of "Pregnacy". Pregnant women on visas will be deported immediately. The Males that got the women pregnant will be deported also! Women and their male counterparts that fail to show up for the regular pregnacy inspection will be sought out, taken into custody and deported and never issued a visa again.

10. Conditions will be made easier for worker immigrants to obtain a work visa (bio green card) from the border patrol but can only take jobs posted by U.S. employers at the border patrol port of entry offices. Sufficient time will be allowed to the border patrol field offices to do immigrant background checks. Immigrant workers must provide health insurance proof and be able to afford public transportation to the destination. Employers must provide housing assistance to the immigrant worker.

11. Immigrants coming into the U.S. on work visas are coming into the U.S. to work and earn some cash, "Nothing More". It makes no sense to pull immigrant children out of their schools in their home country when their parent or parents are only going to be in the U.S. for a short period of 3 to 4 years. The immigrant children should not be allowed into the U.S. on a parents work visa. This only sends the immigrant a message to make themselves at home and they don't have to go back. Immigrants seeking U.S. citizenship will only be allowed to bring in their children on a temporary basis and the children will have to go through the same citizen requirements as the parent has to do. Each individual parent must qualify for citizenship before the children can qualify. Qualification will be a test of attitude, criminal background, personal loyalty to U.S. law, outlook towards other people, at least 10 years time in the U.S. under a special citizenship biometric green card and various other tests of loyalty to the U.S. . Even publically denouncing citizenship to their home country would be a test even though the citizenship in their home country would not be dropped by their home country government but still could be announed to the immigrants home country government.

12. No work or travel visas will be issued to immigrants from countries that will not take their citizens back in the events that their citizens that immigrated to the U.S. were not accepted due to any number of reasons legal or illegal.
